The Stay-at-Home Shift
The Unseen Life of a Mom

Tori Lord starts each day early, managing the nonstop demands of kids, pets, and the house. As a stay-at-home mom, her time is split between school runs, cleaning, cooking, and keeping everything on track. It’s not glamorous, and it’s rarely quiet, but she keeps things running with patience and resilience.

Mornings can be tough for everyone in the Lord family. Getting to bed on time and getting up on time is a struggle. However, Tori's kids find comfort in a good hold and snuggle from mom. The kids imagination runs wild. Tori doesn't dismiss them for their imagination. She encourages them to embrace it.

Tori grew up with divorced parents so she has always attempted to give her kids the childhood she didn't really get to have. Being the person her kids look up to for support and comfort heals a part of her as well.
